Working principle

The horizontal cylinder is equipped with a dragon stirring device, which circulates and stirs the material along the axial and radial directions at a certain angle to quickly mix the material evenly. The performance characteristics of the horizontal mixer are that the rotation speed of the reducer driving shaft and the structure of the dragon will weaken the gravity of the material. With the lack of gravity, the differences in particle size and specific gravity of each material are ignored during the mixing process. The intense stirring motion shortens the mixing time, making it faster and more efficient. Even if there are differences in the specific gravity and particle size of the materials, a good mixing effect can still be achieved under the rapid and intense agitation and scattering of the staggered mixing dragon. High mixing uniformity and low residual content, suitable for mixing two or more fertilizers and additive premix materials. The two streams of materials permeate and displace each other during the convection process, and mix during the rolling process on both sides. This process is repeated multiple times, and then the mixed materials are discharged from the discharge door through the discharge control mechanism.
